can you believe it now no wind.   Not sure that de Hague was the greatest venue for this regatta.   Cannot believe the positions as the person who came 1st in last race is coming 57th, wow what a contrast.     Do hope you can keep you leads to bring you up in the ladder, Klade going well also, keep focused stay up with the leaders, especially the Neds as they would have to have the greatest advantage as in their waters.     Sorry to hear about Ben, it always astounds me to think that you could get seasick when you spend so much time on water, but could'nt think of anything worse than being sick and competing also.

Good luck for today, 3 races planned you will have to really stay focused, hope you bought boots, and keep up hydralites especially, if you run out buy some more.
